Hotel Amir Saltaneh Kashan – Regulations
All guests are required to present valid identification documents (birth certificate and national ID). For married couples, proof of marriage (birth certificate) is mandatory.
For non-local Iranian couples with temporary marriage contracts (Sigheh), the hotel accepts only official contracts with an embossed seal, along with both parties’ birth certificates and national IDs.
Accommodation rates for non-Iranian guests differ. For accurate pricing, please contact customer support.
Required documents for foreign guests include a valid original passport with visa and an entry stamp to Iran, showing clear issue and expiry dates.
Name changes on confirmed reservations are not allowed. Rooms will only be handed over to the person whose name appears on the booking.
All guest information must be accurately provided at the time of booking.
The minimum age to book a room individually is 18 years.
All adult guests sharing a room must be legally related (Mahram).
Iranian and non-Iranian guests may share a room/suite/villa/apartment only if legal relation (Mahram) is verified.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
According to hotel regulations, failure to provide valid identification, inability to verify identity, or violation of any mentioned rules will result in denial of check-in without refund. The hotel and the company are not responsible in such cases.
Special Instructions
Extra beds are provided as floor bedding (traditional style).
The hotel does not have a private parking area; however, public parking space is available in front of the residence, monitored by CCTV.
Policy for Single Female Guests
The hotel accepts non-local single women over 18 years old, provided they present valid photo ID (birth certificate and national smart ID card).
The hotel cannot accommodate local single women traveling alone.
Children and Infants Policy
Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge if no extra bed is required.
Children above 6 years will be charged the full rate.
